THE HAMPTONS—a healthy escape to the most beautiful place I know. It only makes sense that we dedicate an issue to all things enchanting and energizing out here. I, for one, try to play as much tennis as I can, go to David Kirsch’s Beach Boot Camp, swim in the still bitter yet refreshingly cold sea, and cruise around on my mountain bike for miles. Especially, since my wife Haley likes to remind me of the 20 pounds I’ve put on since our wedding in December. But I am on my way to dropping them, thanks, in part, to the easily accessible sports activities I can indulge in on the East End.

As we hit August with Polo season underway, I have spent a lot of time with some great families at my home. The Bush family (Sharon and Lauren) visited us to celebrate Lauren’s
Hamptons cover. The Baums, from our favorite new furniture store in Sag Harbor, Bella Casa, stopped by for brunch. Mr. Clean also dropped in this summer—he’s a real man, that’s his real name, and he’s really single, ladies! And, we had some quality hikes with the Tischs in Aspen for our Aspen Peak launch. And who better than sexy cover girl Beth Ostrosky to wrap up the sizzling month of July; we will celebrate her with an event at Resort this weekend. After all, she’s the only woman who can make Howard Stern behave—and that’s saying something.

Take some leads from the activities listed in this issue and enjoy the weekend!
